Quality Review

We are very proud to have completed seven Independent Quality reviews of our accounting and auditing practice.

After a detailed study of our procedures and work practice, the reviewers concluded that our Firm complies with the stringent quality control standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants by issuing an "Unqualified Opinion". We would be pleased to provide the letters upon request.

In addition, we did not receive a Letter of Comments indicating there were any matters that the review team believed would result in conditions in which there was more than a remote possibility that the Firm would not conform with professional standards on accounting and auditing engagements.

We believe our clients and third parties deserve independent assurance that our Firm provides quality services.
